Por Dicha is a private 2 bedroom home with a loft. 1t has one king size bed in the master suite, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 doubles in the loft. Three sofas, and comfortable furniture will sleep up to 8 persons. The house overlooks Lake Arenal with a stunning view of the lake, and a large covered porch,with the pool and patio next to it.

It has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender.

All dishes and utensils provided, along with cookware.

Utility room with washer and dryer.

Satellite TV, DVD Player, lots of DVD's and Stereo.

Phone, internet access included.

The Rates are as follows, and include all taxes:

Low Season: 9/16/2010 to 11/30/2010--- $950/week (2 guests) $50/week for additional guests.

High Season: 12/01/2011 to 9/15/2011 --- $1150/week (2 guests) $50/week for additional guests. Holiday weeks: Christmas, New Years, Easter, and July 4th have the base rate of $1250/week.

Rates are based on 2 person occupancy, it is $50, per week, ($10 per night) for each additional person (over 2).
